I costi della pratica dipendono quindi dalla tipologia degli interventi e dall’autorizzazione necessaria, gli interventi rientranti in edilizia libera, manutenzioni ordinarie, ne sono esenti. Per altri interventi può servire una CILA, SCIA o addirittura un Permesso di Costruire per ristrutturazioni importanti e cambi di destinazione d’uso. Se l’intervento di ristrutturazione apporta delle modifiche spaziali interne o cambi d’uso va considerato in preventivo anche l’aggiornamento catastale.
